Brian Brennan
Executive Director
Brian Brennan has served as 21CA's Executive Director since 2022. Prior to joining the 21st Century Alliance, Brian served for 14 years in various roles with the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, most recently as organization’s Senior Vice President of Research & Strategic Initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Brian worked on political development programs for the U.S. Agency for International Development in Russia, and served with international affairs nonprofits in California, Texas and Mexico.
Brian has a DPhil in Comparative Government from the University of Oxford, and related degrees from Princeton and Stanford. A Monterey County native, Brian now lives in Silicon Valley with his wife, Wendy, and their three children.
