  3. Click 'No' (unless you are a registered lobbyist)

  4. Click 'No' again (you are creating a personal account)

  5. Fill out Name, Email, & Address, and Click 'Register'

  6. You will receive an email with your username/password

  7. Save your email and password to your browser
